Coaxis Inc. has acquired the Holman Building in Portland, Oregon, to accommodate the company's rapid growth.
A cornerstone of the Portland Development Council’s Eastbank Riverfront Park Master Plan, the 91,600 square-foot facility offers an exceptional view of downtown and the Willamette River. It is close to two commercial cores and provides immediate access to the Eastbank Esplanade, an award-winning bike and pedestrian path between the Steel and Hawthorne bridges in downtown Portland. As part of the redevelopment of this facility, it will be renamed RiverEast Center.
RiverEast Center offers the company an easy-to-access, central location for its business development and talent retention and recruitment efforts. Currently undergoing renovation, the center will be ready to house the Coaxis headquarters, and the headquarters of its primary companies and their related operations in early 2007.
